My husband just picked up some kitchen cabinets from this place very great quality. Vikki was awesome. He said she helped as much as she could even make sure he got all the stuff he needed. Only issue missing a couple hinges, but I’m sure Vikki will take care of me once I contact her other than that would definitely be back again very nice people and quality cabinets

Great experience from beginning to end. When our contractor brought us here because he said they have the best prices, I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews but I’m glad we used them! I was able to find solid wood cabinets that came in a beautiful creamy-white color that was a custom option everywhere else I looked. Daniel was really patient with us, going through the plans multiple times to tweak it perfectly. He also was really helpful with some last minute changes! The person who came to measure caught a mistake we made when we measured with our contractor and delivery was fast and flexible! Would use them again.

I had a great experience at Time Floor & Cabinet Inc. I purchased luxury vinyl flooring from them — the pricing was very competitive, and the selection was solid. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions without pressure. Overall, a smooth, professional experience with good service from start to finish. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality flooring at a fair price in Flushing!

Their service is terrible. The staff doesn’t understand English well, and they don’t seem to care about customer service at all. One employee in particular, named Viki, was extremely rude and dismissive. It was very hard to communicate, and instead of trying to help, she acted like I was a bother. Please, I strongly recommend that you avoid this store. You’ll have a much better experience — with better products and friendlier staff — at other locations. Vikki, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve never encountered customer service this bad. It was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. Save your money and time — don’t support a business that treats customers this way. They need to fire Vikki immediately. She needs to learn so manners and need training on customer service.
