My Fossil bag's strap tore off from the buckle. The man who serviced my bag was polite and professional. Trustworthy and would do business with again.

I needed my son’s graduation tshirt to be fixed the same day and the lady in charge helped me with all that I wanted to make the tshirt perfect for my little one. Highly recommended place if you need any garment altering.

Very fast, affordable, and well done. I brought in some jeans and they were hemmed by the next day and a very good price!

I wish I could give some negative rating. They just ruined my new 3 pants from Zara. I can’t believe this what just happened. I am crazy mad now. And on top that she is lying. It’s not that she didn’t understand what I said. She did understand my instructions and ask for a lot of money. I agreed because she said it’s a lot work. But ahe didn’t do anything work made my pants 2 inches shorter where I asked to make it 1 inches longer. SHE IS A DAMN LIAR

not only are these people bad at their jobs, they are extremely rude. no one said a single word to me when i went to pick up my jeans. i asked them to hem them and they did a horrible job.
