Almost perfect. When reviewing the documents for our flights a few weeks in advance, we noticed what we thought was a minor error in the itinerary and the boarding information. There was a spelling mistake in one passenger’s name. All documentation such as the driver’s license and emails had been submitted before the booking, so this should have been corrected. This small oversight turned into a bigger issue when we were unable to complete online check-in for all four flights. It caused delays and extra time at the airport speaking with customer service to resolve the situation. Other than that, everything provided by the tour company was handled well. The pricing was fair, the accommodations and transfers went smoothly, and the itinerary was well planned. The team was helpful and friendly whenever we reached out. We enjoyed the trip overall, and we would still consider booking with this company again because they delivered a great travel experience aside from that one hiccup.
