Best sushi experience! High quality sushi in the comfort of my own home. I definitely recommend upgrading to the 20 piece to get all the best pieces. My favorite was the mackerel!

Amazing experience. The Amuse Bouche dishes were particularly interesting, with soft shell crab and Kamo Nasu eggplant. The chef and server were friendly and professional, but also made the experience very comfortable. We had the sake tasting which featured 3 separate bottles with distinct flavors. Definitely recommend trying.

Booked Tomokase for my fiancés birthday and it was…. a spectacular success!!! Wowowow I’m shocked this service is not booked months in advance. Such a home run (no pun intended).

Had an absolutely incredible experience with Tomokase! I hired them to host a private proposal dinner with my now fiancée! They were extremely professional and accommodating and made us feel extremely comfortable. Aside from the awesome service the food is amazing!!! Definitely one of our favorite omakase lineups along with the sake tasting makes for an awesome evening! Can’t say enough good things!

The food and experience at the time of service were perfectly fine. My husband arranged a 20 course dinner with sake pairing for our anniversary and an early birthday dinner for me. The problems arose after the dinner, directly from management, almost two weeks after the event, we received an email from Tomokase stating that we did not include gratuity when pre-paying, and that the staff were not able to collect it in cash in person. Without asking questions or trying to clarify what may or may not have occurred, they informed us that they would charge gratuity on the card on file because they want to make sure their team “is properly taken care of.” They did not inform us how much tip they planned to charge our card. It felt very accusatory. We replied that we tipped each staff $100 cash (well over 20% of the bill). We notified them that we did have proof of their staff receiving the tip from us directly and that we would be happy to share it with them. They replied back apologizing and that they wouldn’t charge our card. While I believe in tipping, especially for good service, a luxury experience should not be met with accusations, demands, or a lack of transparency. Not only does it seem their staff may have lied about compensation they received, management took it upon themselves to demand payment without first understanding what may or may not have occurred. If you plan on booking this experience, I recommend avoiding a cash tip and tipping via card either before or directly after the service.
