I am a patient from a different fertility provider that was referred to Dr. Tsai after experiencing three failed frozen embryo transfers. It’s a difficult process to work with 2 fertility providers at the same time, however, Dr. Tsai was very understanding of my situation and quickly adapted to my ivf/ FET history. He explained how it was likely that my uterus was not in the best conditions and recommended hysteroscopy prior to next FET. He understood that I didn’t want to do any invasive protocols that my primary fertility provider had recommended, and suggested alternatives. Through Dr. Tsai and Miss Yanna’s care, I had two hysteroscopy to clear tissue scarring in the uterus prior to my 4th FET. Shortly after the hysteroscopy, I had my 4th FET with my primary fertility provider, which came out to be a positive implantation. Dr. Tsai and Miss Yanna made this entire process a positive one for me. They gave me hope and confidence when I was mentally and physically exhausted from the previous 3 failed FETs. They are supportive and take their time in conversing with their patients which is hard to come by from my experience. Not to mention all the staff at NYFC are amazing as well. They’re all caring and remembers you after first meeting. Thank you to Dr. Tsai, Miss Yanna, and NYFC staff for creating a trusting environment for me!

I’ve been with NYFC for about 6 months, from my first visit to now graduating with my first pregnancy. The journey had ups and downs, but I’m really grateful for the care I received here. Hearing my baby’s heartbeat for the first time was an incredibly emotional moment for us. Dr. Tsai is humorous and positive, which helped a lot whenever I felt anxious. Yanna is patient and caring, and always made me feel heard. Huge thanks to nurse Jenny for replying quickly when I had concerns, even late at night, and to Maritza for keeping me updated on my labs. The clinic is close to home, appointments are easy, wait times are short, and the team is very supportive. I’m really going to miss this place as I move on to the next stage.

After years of trying, traveling overseas multiple times, and losing all hope of becoming parents, my wife Julia and I were referred to Dr. Tony Tsai. That referral changed our lives forever. With Dr. Tsai’s guidance, care, and constant supervision, we welcomed twin boys, Mark and Matthew, and most recently our baby girl, Melania — all through IVF. At one point, we thought parenthood might never happen for us. Today, we are a family of five. Dr. Tsai didn’t just help us medically — he gave us hope when we had none. I was very fortunate to meet Dr. Tsai through a work friend. Prior to then, I had asked other doctors to help me find answers. Typical OBGyn doctors would tell me that if needed, they’d just have me do IVF. One time I was told my bloodwork results were “normal,” and I had enough - I thought “there’s no way,” and I demanded a copy. (The lab work showed quite a bit of abnormal results!) Soon after that, I had my first appt with Dr. Tsai. He looked over the existing bloodwork and ordered additional tests. I had PCOS. He helped me see for myself, and learn that I had ovarian cysts, and about how they cause irregular cycles. He easily could’ve told me that I needed IVF, but helped me understand my hormone imbalance, and gave suggestions on things I could take to help with that… and he performed the ovarian drilling procedure. He drained the cysts from my ovaries, and my ovaries then healed to a normal state. I was pregnant about half a year later, and had 3 successful, healthy pregnancies practically back-to-back without any more fertility concerns, and have regular cycles ever since. I never had to use IVF, IUI, or any other fertility treatment. I literally don’t even know if I’m still considered as having PCOS or not but I assume no. I so appreciate that Dr. Tsai literally built a career focused on NOT assuming people’s bodies are textbook (he also evaluates the male portion of this equation to rule out any obstacle). He cared about all over my overall well-being, head to toe. I trusted him and followed all of his instructions. Even though I did not need to see him anymore after my surgery, I have visited him to show that his success has allowed our family to grow. I continue to recommend him to anyone with similar concerns.

Just saw Dr. Tsai and honestly, I can’t say enough good things. He walked us through everything step by step — what’s possible, what’s not, and what our real options are. It’s such an emotional topic, but he explained everything in a way that made it feel a lot less overwhelming. You can tell he actually cares and wants you to understand what’s going on. He didn’t sugarcoat anything, but somehow still made us feel hopeful and calm. We walked out with a huge sense of relief and way more clarity than we came in with. If you’re dealing with anything fertility-related, I 100% recommend seeing him. Super knowledgeable, honest, and kind — exactly what you need when you’re going through something like this.
