I was recommended Top Bridal by a friend who was using their service for her wedding and later found out that quite a few other friends have used or were using them as well. My husband and I felt like their package prices were very decent especially if you’re on a budget. At first I was worried about the language barrier but they have staff who can speak english, cantonese, and mandarin. We did a prewedding photoshoot package and the full day wedding package with them which includes videographer, photographer, make up, and dress rental. They have a huge selection of dresses from western to chinese to choose from, as well as for the groom and bridal party. Our prewedding and wedding photos turned out so beautiful, we were very satisfied. You can tell the staff at Top Bridal enjoys what they do, are very nice, professional, and patient. They address all questions and concerns you may have during the whole wedding planning process. They chose the perfect MC for us and it was exactly who we were looking for. My husband and I wanted some adjustments made to the wedding videos as we noticed some things missing that we wanted to include and the production team as well as Winny made sure it was fixed to our requests. We were worried that we were bothersome but the team and Winny addressed all our concerns with positive attitude and not making us feel guilty for asking. I am not sure if any other company would be as patient and willing to do this with a fast turn around time so we are very happy with Top Bridal’s customer service! 😊Thank you Top Bridal! ❤️
