Tower Brokerage

I had an amazing experience renting through Tower. Alexandra and Ruben were always attentive and responsive to all of our needs. Not once during my time in the unit did we have an issue whatsoever and if we had, I am confident they would have stepped in immediately to rectify the situation. I am so sad to be leaving the building but hopeful our rental paths will cross again =)

Tower Brokerage = Family. I have lived in the same building/apt for 4 years and it truly has been an amazing experience. We all hear horror stories about management companies, but Tower Brokerage is a rare unicorn! Alex and Ruben are the most caring and professional folks you'll ever work with. The buildings are always well maintained, they're clean, and very responsive for any concerns you may have. The fours years I've lived in this apt I've never had issues and if I had a minor concern then Alex or Ruben would be on it. Even the maintenance crew is so nice and professional. I really mean it when I say they treat you like family and I'm so honored to have rented from them. Thank you Alex and Ruben for all the years and if I came back to Manhattan I'd definitely rent from them again.
