Good milk tea and a lot of menu for choosing, I got osmanthus fresh milk teawas so good , love this.

Gets pretty busy on weekends despite the many other bubble tea shops around. I order their drinks from the self service kiosk. I love that they have the option for 15% sugar level or stronger tea level. Regular tea flavor is strong enough for me. I recommend their tieguanyin milk tea and osmanthus four seasons milk tea.

Best Quick serving, nice employees, very welcoming and hospitable Generous amount for the price, I can’t complain at all They have a lot of toppings- which is my favorite Have seat for waiting and sitting down Bad I think the tea scent in the drink is not strong, regardless its a milk tea. But for the price i love how rich and milky it is Will come back

Everytime I come order, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoy their drinks due to their rich tea flavor. My usual go to is their Tp milk tea.

My brown sugar fresh milk with soy milk was good but the boba brown sugar milk tea my brother got was made with seemingly curdled milk. It had weird crumbs in it and tasted bad. Very very different from my milk. And it has settled with the "crumbs" on the bottom. Can I get a refund for the milk tea? We are concerned that we have ingested milk that has gone bad. Thank you.
