Dr. Vo is kind, easygoing, and thorough. Came for routine exam and had same day pelvic sonogram to rule out PCOS. No discomfort during examinations at all. In and out of the office in less than an hour. Will be coming to her for all my GYN and OB needs in the future.

I've been going to Dr. Vo for the past three years, she's very caring, she makes me feel comfortable, when doing my annual check up, she let's me know what she's doing in advance and when my lab results are ready she explains the results. Also, when making appointments, she has availability, meaning a don't have to wait for a long time, I can schedule an appointment for the next day or even that same week sometimes. The Receptionist is friendly and the office is always clean and a comfortable and quiet environment. Defenetly recommended her.

Dr.Vo is a sweet and caring doctor. The receptionist needs to go, very rude to patients. She is miserable and needs serious help. I hope Tracy could have a talk with her because she’s unpleasant to deal with and is definitely affecting patients experience.

I visited Dr. Vo for a gynecological infection, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the medication Dr. Vo said to me was different from what I received at the pharmacy. When I called the front desk, they explained that it was possibly due to a mandarin language misunderstanding, as Dr. Vo's Chinese was not very clear. Secondly, I saw Dr. Vo three times for the same issue, but my condition didn’t improve at all. As a result, I was suffering for the long time and my symptoms worsened! I had to see another doctor. Fortunately, after just one consultation with the new doctor, my condition was resolved! I strongly advise avoiding Dr. Vo. She is unprofessional, inattentive, and irresponsible!
