Lady there is so nice and helpful! I've done walk-ins for a couple of docs and had fast attention.
The woman running the place has no time for foolishness, and it’s clear that she knows exactly what needs to be done! It was exciting to see how her busy yet organized and efficient approach paved the way for smooth operations. Will work with her again.

The Woman in this location was fast, however extremely rude. Would not even make eye contact when we said good morning.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service
I am writing this to warn others about the treatment my mother received at this office. My mother was referred here by the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene & New York County Clerk's office for a document translation and notarization, but the experience was a nightmare.
The notary was incredibly rude, mean, and belittling toward her. She initially refused to do the translation, claiming it wouldn't be accepted due to a missing second last name. When my mother politely persisted, the notary became aggressive and literally screamed at her, telling her 'she better not return asking for her $65 back.
No customer, especially an older person trying to navigate legal paperwork, deserves to be yelled at or treated with such hostility. It is shameful that the city is handing out cards for someone who treats the community this way. The New York County Clerk at 60 Centre St is supposed to provide notary services for free but instead she was referred to a private business who charges $65.

I would give zero stars if I could. I do not recommend this place at all. There are many other places that provide the same service with much better attitude and respect for customers.
