The office staff was amazing, especially the gentleman who works there named Chris. He helped open the door when he saw me struggling with my son who hurt his ankle. He was able to help get me through the process with insurance, which I was highly concerned about. Reassured me that everything would work out good. Even came out and opened the door on our departure. Stand up guy, super helpful. I appreciate my experience in this office!

Dr. Schulwolf is the best! She is very thorough and affable. The staff is excellent and efficient. I wish I had found this office years ago. Five stars only because ten wasn’t an option.

My son had a very good experience. Chris at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the medical process and Insurance details.

We had our first visit at the Tribeca Pediatrics East Village location today, and I really want to highlight how amazing Chris was. Not only did our medical records still need to be transferred, but there was also an outage with our insurance provider (Aetna) and we didn’t have our medical ID cards. Chris helped us call customer service, stayed patient through the outage issues, and even manually wrote down all the important details so we could still be seen. He kept everything calm and organized when it could have easily been a stressful situation. Dr. Rosenberg was also excellent — very thorough and thoughtful. He made sure our son was up to date on vaccinations and took time to address every concern with care and compassion. Thanks to Chris, what started as a potentially chaotic morning turned into a smooth, reassuring first visit. We truly appreciated the support and professionalism from both Chris and Dr. Rosenberg. Highly recommend the East Village location.

The worst experience ever. The insurance for the baby started on Nov 1st and we were still in discussion with the insurance company to pay the bills for the previous month (backdated charges) and this facility refused to see my 2 month old baby for her visit. Such an unprofessional and rude office staff - I will definitely not recommend anyone to come to this facility again. Really terrible and embarrassing experience for us - I really did not expect a pediatric facility to behave so poorly.
