Wat a beautiful experience my daughter had at this clinic today. Thanks to every member of staff who showed my daughter motherly love when she was scared. Special thank to the Dr Sera Ellerson. Recommending this practice 100%. I had a pleasant visit at the office. Quick check-in and everyone was nice. Waited less than 5 minutes outside and in the room. The whole visit was less than 30 minutes, even with a pap smear. My only question/ concern was that it was my first visit to the office to get established with a provider, but I was seen by the NP the whole time. The NP was nice and pleasant, but this is the first time I'm not being seen by a medical doctor that I made the appointment with.

I really wanted to have a good experience here, but unfortunately, it just didn’t meet expectations. The front desk staff were consistently unhelpful—rude, slow, and disengaged, which set a negative tone for each visit. While the OBs themselves were kind and caring, there was no continuity of care. I never saw the same provider twice, which made it hard to build trust or feel supported. On more than one occasion, I was left sitting alone in the exam room for over 30 minutes with no updates. Communication was a major issue throughout. Getting access to the patient portal or receiving important documents took far too long, and responses (when they came) often took 2–3 weeks. This lack of urgency made me nervous about how things would be handled during labor or in a more urgent situation. Overall, I left feeling very unsupported. There was little to no guidance or reassurance—it often felt like you were expected to figure things out on your own. I ultimately chose to transfer my care elsewhere at 18 weeks.

If I could leave a negative review I would because one star is too generous. Simply unprofessional. Front desk staff was extremely unwelcoming. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, I waited in a room for 45 minutes and when I asked how much longer I was told the Dr would be right in. After about ten minutes I was then told that Dr.Emma Geduldig had another patient before me. I understand running behind because it’s busy, but over an hour? And to still not be able to be seen next? Absolutely ridiculous. Was I supposed to wait yet another hour? I was trying to be proactive about my health, yet all I got was my time wasted.

1 star is very gracious of me. I had a terrible experience at this clinic. After waiting 45 minutes to be taken to a room, I wasn’t told my scheduled doctor (Dr. Wu) was unavailable. I then waited another 20 minutes before an on-call doctor, Dr. Shahim, walked in without explanation. He was rude, dismissive, and made it clear he wouldn’t provide proper support. I requested a call back from Dr. Wu before leaving— days later, no call, no portal message. The office manager reached out to me and was equally unprofessional and adversarial. This clinic prioritizes volume and a particular profile over patient care. If you want real support during a sensitive time like pregnancy, look elsewhere. There are plenty of facilities in NYC that are modern, supportive and equipped with compassionate and competent professionals. This isnt one of them.
