I got my beautiful Bombay cat from this store almost a decade ago. He is my first pet. Don’t shy away from purchasing an animal that will accompany you for a significant portion of your life. It’ll be so worth it. My quality of life has improved significantly since introducing him into my home.

The owner guy is super nice and helped me get whatever I needed. The store got a wide range of bird collections and parrots .They even sell kittens.

I took my puppy for Grooming services after trying multiple grooming spas. I was skeptical of the services. But the Groomer, Mauricio was very polite, professional and did an excellent job with my dog! I recommended all my friends to bring their fur babies to this spot. Thank you Mauricio for your grooming skills.

I know this place is not a veterinary clinic, obviously, I just had some simple questions about my kitten that I was told could be possibly answered here. Apparently people do come to this place for their cats. I already have an appointment 2 weeks from now at a veterinary clinic so I figured there would be no harm in just making sure I try it out to ask a few questions. Not a single care in the world for pets at this place. When I intervened because I did not like the way my kitten was being treated I was called the R word, several times mind you, for thinking that my kitten should at least be handled with some care. They also like to tell you they know better because they can search up facts about your pet on Google and use the A.I. summary results as their source. Literally anyone can do that but that doesn’t mean anything. Don’t even bother with this store for anything at all. They treat their birds horribly too. They just want to make a quick buck and only act different when they see a potential loss in recurring customers.

They abuse their animals. Look how they are kept in FISHTANKS WITH NO FOOD ALMOST starving to death 😭😭VERY SAD SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL NY INSPECTION BIRDS 🦅 HAVE NO WATER 💧 OR FOOD. CRAMPED IN CAGES THIS IS ABUSE
