Jeovanny (Speedway). I came here to get my Uscooters diagnosed because of E4 error on the display. He quickly diagnosed as controller issues and 2 small parts have fallen off. The diagnostic cost gets subtracted to the final price if you get your scooters repaired, which is A PLUS!!! I had previously had my old Uscooters fixed by him and he gave me a good deal as well in the past. Uscooters recommend him because he specializes in this brand. He repairs electric kick scooters like Uscooters/E-twow, Inokim and motorbike accessories, computers, laptops, cellphones, cellphone accessories, and other electronics. Fair price and good service. The shop is shared with a locksmith. Only 2 to 3 blocks from Firest Hills 71st St. stop on the subway line. Highly recommended.

Jeovanny is so incredibly helpful and smart! The customer service was top tier and he makes time to help everyone. I’m greatly appreciative of his dedication. Jeovanny is one of the best technicians in all od Queens! He helped me change the storage chip and done the entire cloning process to keep my data safe on my Lenovo Legion Go S handheld. I bought it with Steam OS and it originally had 512 GB of storage. But now, it has 2 TB of storage and my data is safe. He said this was like a challenging project since he never seen this device before. At least he learned new skills while he fixed it! I highly recommend coming to his shop but remember to call his phone number to make sure he is available to help you at a certain time.

After returning from a week long trip and discovering that my desktop computer was sending me a message which read " hard drive failure" , I panicked and frantically started calling local computer repair businesses to see what could be done immediately. It was a Friday and I had planned to work on files in the computer which I now was worried I'd lost or could not access. Giovanni was ready and able to take a look at my computer within an hour. Diagnose the problem, and fix it in an hour without trying to inflate the problem or price for his service. His manner was professional and his explanation easy to understand. I trust him and would recommend him to others any time.

Used them in March 2023 for a Dell Inspiron repair with a hinge issue. The issue came back months later because the repair was done poorly. Infact the LCD panel was damaged by this shop and it ended up costing me more money to fix it again. Every time I'd go to the neighborhood to stop by and talk to him, he wasn't there in the shop. Here's what the work order for the other shop stated: We have taken a look at your system and pretty much have it ready to go. The issue is the hinge screws have torn the screw mounts from the underside of the palmrest assembly. We can see that someone had taken this system apart before and unfortunately they had done a very poor job. The system was missing quite a few screws and wrong screws were put in different places. The screws holding the hinges to the palmrest were too long and therefore didn't hold the hinges in tight. This caused extra stress on the screw mounts which is why they failed again so quickly. The motherboard didn't even have the screws installed to hold it down. We have reinstalled everything to a new palmrest assembly with the correct screws. One of the wireless antennas was not properly attached because one of the posts on the card was mangled so we had to replace the wireless card as well. The only way to fix the bubbles on the LCD panel is to replace the LCD panel itself so we have gone ahead and done that. The total cost for the repair is $222.94.
