Dr. Tsang is a wonderful and caring doctor. I have been his patient for over ten (10) years and several of my friends also. He is totally honest and, above all, he cares for the well-being of his patient. Dr Tsang is my primary care physician and acupuncturist. In spite of his busy schedule, I can always book an appointment and get referrals from him.
I've been seeing Dr. Tsang for acupuncture for over 10 years. I can say without a doubt he is a consummate professional. I believe his treatments work. I believe acupuncture is the best. If you're looking for a great acupuncture therapist and a great MD check out Dr. Tsang.

One of the best doctors I have had in NYC. Dr. Tsang is my internist and acupuncturist. He really listens and addresses my issues. He is kind and I am grateful to find him.
Dr. Tsang said no when I asked if he could read over my list of physical health challenges. Then he cut me off after I had only described a few of them and told me he can't help me and that I should stick with my current doctors. He began to leave. I requested if I could tell him about some other, different health issues I didn't get a chance to bring up to him that my current doctors couldn't resolve. He let me start, and all I said was something like "well um, after straining myself there's a— " before he cut me off angrily saying he can't help me and started walking away. I tried again, respectfully and softly, since he didn’t even hear my symptom, but he abruptly cut me off again. At this point I was shocked because the whole appointment had been so short, and he wouldn’t let me communicate the rest of my health challenges. I asked softly if I could at least have a refund, to which he agreed. (The extra star on this review is for that.) How can you know you can't help someone if you won't let them tell you about the problems? I wish he would have listened to my other health challenges before determining I couldn't be helped. My friend highly recommended him as the best, so I held onto hope that this was just a communication mishap. In the waiting room, the receptionist gave me a notepad to write down a question I didn't get to ask. I intended to leave my contact information, so his office could reach out if it happened to be an issue he could help with. When he walked out, the receptionist told him I had a question, and before I could even say anything, he walked over and told me he can't help in a harsh, loud tone and urged me to leave. He seemed very angry. So I said my question as fast as I could before he walked away again. He said he can't help, which was helpful to know now that he heard the actual question. Overall, the experience was deeply hurtful, confusing and distressing.
