Twins Dental Care

I used to dread dentist appointments, but after visiting Twin Dental, I've completely changed my tune! Now, the only scary part is trying to tell the twins apart when they're working on my teeth 😄

I came in to get a teeth cleaning with Ilanit let me just say she has hands of gold. I could not feel a thing I did not even need numbing. She really tried her best and even gave me tips for aftercare. I highly recommend this place very professional and clean

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Simkha and Dr. Samson for over 20 years. Every visit is consistently calm, pleasant, and professional. They are truly among the most skilled and trustworthy dentists in New York City. I would only ever recommend their office to close friends and family.

I have been to this facility three times. First two experiences were not positive, but decided to give it a third try and I fully regret it. I went in as I believed I had a cavity and wanted the doctor to take a look. They did a “cleaning first” which consisted of water flossing only my front teeth (no molars included), then aggressively brushing them without even doing it properly as it kept ending up on my gums, followed by aggressively flossing only the top of my mouth (bottom teeth were fully ignored). This entire process was done in 13 mins (started at 4:00 pm and was out the door at 4:13pm). After having the worse cleaning of my life and having my gums hurting a lot from the brush consistently ending on them, the doctor came in and didn’t even look at the X-rays; didn’t even say hi, then proceeded to ask if i had any complaints to which I explained that I believed I had a cavity and showed him where. He said he didn’t see it and that I was good to go. I went back home and checked again and clearly saw the cavity! So I went ahead and made an appt at another dentist nearby (which I had to now pay out of pocket since my insurance had covered the visit here) and HE CLEARLY FOUND THE CAVITY IN ONE SECOND and was able to treat it and do a proper cleaning. I will definitely not be coming back. Truly disappointed
