U Like Laundromat

This is a very clean laundromat. The owner is caring about it very much. Also we used a dry cleaning for outwear there and it was a good service.

I have been going here for two years and I have always been met with rude behavior from the owner. Today was my last time there, I asked to move my clothes from the washer to the dryer, to which the owner got angry and said he was busy and might forget to do it. This is not a free service, so if you charge for it, please don't bother and just do your job.

Owner is extremely impatient when I asked him question about the price and machine load.

Hsd a terrible experience here. There's no hot or warm water in this laundromat. You pay for hot or warm cycle, you still get cold water in a machine. I tried to complain to lady owner, she said the heater size is small and it can't provide warm water when there's too many machines working, and she kept yelling at me telling me to go to another place if I'm not satisfied! Well, I will definitely not come back here with this horrible service.

Owner scams people of money. Doesn't give people the right change and yells at you saying you're lying. Horrible customer service! $1 isn't much but it's the yelling and framing that you're lying is the worst. Don't go.
