好多年前就一直在这里买机票了，服务态度也很好

非常非常的垃圾，以后再也不会去了，连一颗星都不想给，买了票去漂流，说了8点上车，结果他们都没联系司机告诉司机BK有客人8点要接，害我们在这里等了半个小时司机才从法拉盛过来。不知道为什么我们中国人在美国很多不管做什么都是不负责任的

They charge 30 dollars for only taking a passport picture. Definitely don't go to this place. You can get it cheaper at other places

The reception was so rude to my cousin who was trying to get her passport scanned. They messed up our email address and kept yelling at my cousin for not looking at the spam emails. And they charged extra dollar for just sending the scanned copy to another email. 体验很差，收费很贵，态度还那么凶，别给眼色这家店，我姐说尤其是前台戴眼镜的女士很不友善。
