My phone was damaged and couldn't be fixed through typical means at home. Martin was super helpful with explaining how the process works, with updates on how long, and once the phone was ready to pick up. Additionally, the service was super fast, quicker than expected. I would definitely come back if other items are in need of repair.

This place is amazing! I dropped my phone while on top of a ladder. Of course, the phone was completely unresponsive afterwards. In a panic, I rushed over here. They calmed me down, said that maybe it was just some cables that got disconnected inside. They opened it up and sure enough, that was the problem. Experience trumps all. It is apparent these guys have seen everything and they walked me through all the different scenarios before they even opened up my phone. They had a lot of parts ready to go, in case I needed replacement. They even closed up my phone well afterwards. They carefully scraped away the old glue before applying new. I've been to cell phone repair shops that just glob more glue onto the phone so the phone looks/feels messy afterwards. These guys are great and the price was reasonable. The fact that they worked on my phone right away as soon as I walked in was priceless.

Martin was excellent. I went in with what I thought was only a screen issue and ended up being two other issues. Without any hassles or inconveniences I was serviced with exemplary service and in no time. While I waited I went to Lunch and did some spring shopping. It was the best service I’ve ever received.

Went in for an HDMI repair. Before i went in I called to explain situation and for a quote. Was quoted $200 for the repair. When i arrived, the quote then changed to $250, i continued with the service. Then was contacted by the store stating the console needed a deep cleaning due to an infestation which was not completely false but was exaggerated and was then quoted an extra $50 which brought the total repair cost to $300. when i brought the console home, come to find out there was no cleaning done! I don't recommend using their service! They lie about prices and will tack on extra for any little inconvenience! I asked for a receipt print out which gave me a detailed breakdown of the charges which come to find out they were trying to over charge me $50 for the HDMI repair and also tried to charge me an extra $80 to use my card. TAKE YOUR ITEMS ELSEWHERE!!!
