Outstanding service at the uBreakiFix StuyTown location (343 E 21st St). I went in extremely stressed because my iPhone had a black screen and I couldn’t work. Paul was so understanding,, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He fixed my phone in under 30 minutes so I could get back to work right away. The experience was surprisingly calming, and the store is conveniently located right off 1st Ave. I would recommend 1000%. Thanks Paul.

I’ve been into this location a handful of times and every time I go in, there is another customer there who can’t wait to tell you how amazing Paul is. This location is Paul’s shop - he’s a one man show and provides the best personalized service like you’d expect from someone who runs their own shop. He also truly has your best interest at heart. The first time I went in for something I thought was a tech fix (it wasn’t) and I was willing to pay for him to give me back my device working normally again. It turned out that whatever was going on wasn’t actually a problem (I’m just a little technologically dense) and Paul gave it back to me a couple hours later, working perfectly again and didn’t charge me anything. He could have, but he didn’t. That made me a loyal customer. So a year later when my laptop totally crashed for no apparent reason, I trusted Paul to fix it for me! Not only do I have my laptop back working perfectly again, but Paul really went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf with the insurer and make sure I had everything fixed that needed to be. If you trust google reviews like I do when picking a provider for any service, you know that long reviews usually mean such outstanding service that a customer wanted to take the time to let everyone know. That’s what you’ll get here!

Easy and convenient for whatever you need! I went to see Paul for a simple repair like an iPhone screen protector (he makes application look so simple!) to repairing my Switch screen, which he was able to remove the screen protector and save me over $100. I will be coming here whenever I have a problem and couldn’t recommend him enough!

I must say, what a great experience. Customer service and repair was top notch! Paul is such a great and friendly guy. He fixed my laptop screen and it looks brand new as if nothing ever happened to it. He also was very knowledgeable about technical issues and any questions I asked him. I would definitely recommend!
