So thrilled with every step of my experience today! Shahrukh was incredibly kind and helpful with replacing the screen for my older iphone. The customer service and skills were unmatched - really truly a lifesaver.

I went to uBreakiFix in Chelsea after taking my phone to two Verizon stores that couldn’t fix the issue. I made an appointment online and walked right into the shop at 8th Avenue and 23rd Street. Harrison, one of their lead techs, had it fixed in about five minutes, and the price was incredibly reasonable. This is the second time someone in my family has come to this location in the past couple of months, and both times Harrison absolutely delivered. If you’re frustrated with so called authorized service centers that can’t solve your problem, do yourself a favor and come here. These guys really know phones, tablets, and probably more than what’s listed on their website. If you’re not sure, just give them a call. They’ll take care of you. Highly recommend.

Both gentlemen, I worked with were wonderful and patient and repaired my phone fully.I hope. I had gone to 2 shops in brooklyn , but had to go into manhattan to find the product that I needed. Gosh.Forbid, I need anything again or a friend does I shall recommend you. The cobble store did not have what I needed, but sent me to Manhattan.They were great also For finding the correct store that had the product in stock and ordering a car for me to get there. Of course , I paid for the car l o l. Thank you all
