Came here because my phone stopped working due to water damage. They gave me a reasonable fee to dry it out and timeframe to pick it up. 👍🏼 This uBreakiFix store does not accept T-Mobile Assurant insurance, BUT... 1) they let me use the store's phone to find out if my phone was still covered (it is)😅 2) they looked online to give me info for the closest Assurant repair shop so I wouldn't have to pay $200 out of pocket on top of insurance I already pay👍🏼😀👍🏼 If you have cell phone insurance that uBeakiFix accepts, highly recommend going to this (Forest Hills) store!

Excellent and friendly service. My phone battery was replaced in 1 hour. Great location too. It's the third time in 2 years that I've used their services for different devices, including an old iPod, and they've been consistently good. I highly recommend their services.

My screen was shattered and I went here off of recommendation. I was told that with a third-party screen it would be cheaper and that I, "wouldn't see the difference with a naked eye". Not only was that a lie, but when I got my phone back the same day, I couldn't use it under 5G. It became extremely laggy and if I ever wanted to open an app, it would take forever to open. I go back the next week with my receipt in hand and told a different staff member my issue with the phone. I simply asked for a refund or an alternative that we can reach on since my phone was not acting this way before I broke the screen. All he said to me as a reply was that this is Apple's way of letting the consumer get a new phone because they make their older products worse. My phone was an iPhone 15 Pro Max. That phone is not an old model and wouldn't act like some crappy jailbroken flip phone a year and a half after its release. I genuinely never write reviews for any place but this pissed me off so much. I never got refunded either so I feel scammed out of my $250. Shame on this place and I hope whoever reading this finds another place to go to.

The company’s conduct was unprofessional and relied on a misleading narrative, specifically implying that I “wanted services for free” in order to portray their representative as truthful. This framing is inaccurate and particularly troubling given the historical and racialized stereotypes often applied to Black women. Such language reflects bias rather than facts and undermines the credibility of their response.
