Sileye was very attentive and knoweledgeable. He fixed my battery with ease and reliability. It didn’t take that long. Explained my options. And detailed what would be fixed and what was causing the problems. Also helped me to assess my options regarding alternative fixes with my available price point availability. All in all I recommend this ubreakifix and I’ll be going back for future repairs

I came to BreakiFix with a water-damaged phone and a cracked screen, expecting the worst. Peet greeted me with genuine kindness and quickly assessed the damage with confidence. He explained the repair process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The turnaround time was faster than I expected, and my phone looks brand new. If you need tech repairs and want great service, ask for Peet he's the real MVP!

I needed to replace my Samsung phone battery urgently before a flight; they didn't have it in stock but they called a few stores for me to check if those stores had it in stock. They were super nice (the person who helped me was a guy with sunglasses!) Had a bad experience with another ubreakifix before but this one was great! I think each store is a franchisee and this one is a great one (better than the one in Brooklyn, Court St).

First, they use cheap screens. They will break shortly after you fix it so you have to return. Came to get my son’s phone fixed. First he said he may not be able to fix it. Then he told me he can only fix the screen if he fixes the back glass. Then he tells me he can fix the glass but the side is bent. He kept asking me about insurance I told him several times I wasn’t using insurance. The last time he asked me I told him no. He said I was rude. I told him as a consumer I can make educated choices and I’m not using insurance. He then refused to help me. They are rude and horrible service.
