Absolutely outstanding service. They scanned and fully cleaned my device in under 30 minutes with impressive professionalism and efficiency. What truly amazed me was their integrity as they refused to accept any payment for the service. In a time when most companies look for every opportunity to charge, their honesty and generosity were simply unbelievable. Rare to find this level of competence and ethics. Highly recommended.
Omg what an amazing experience!!! Andrew was a delight and so personable. My tech, Jermaine who I never met but whose presence was felt in my phone being fixed. Showed up in a walk in and was done under 2 hours. 10/10 would recommend. The snoopy lofi music video playing was a nice touch and added to the warm feel. I’ll end it there. Top-notch service! I was in and out in just 10 minutes. My technician, Andrew, was incredibly polite and efficient. Even when a small issue came up, he handled it promptly and got my phone back to perfect working order. Highly recommend asking for Andrew if you want the job done right and fast!
I have mixed... feelings customer service was ok. The gentleman was helpful but he was the only person there and it seemed like he was over worked. I had to get the port of my charger replaced. Which seems to have been fixed successfully I left my phone for 4 hours, before I handed me phone over I set certain settings in my Text, Whatsapp, and Photos since I had to give my password over. I was disappointed to find someone accessed my pictures. Photos had absolutely nothing to do with the repair. Its creepy and uncomfortable to imagine someone going through my pictures.
I’m disappointed with my experience at your retail location today. After traveling from Manhattan, I waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Ultimately, I was informed—only after waiting—that I could not be helped. I understand that it is Christmas Eve and that stores are especially busy. However, that is exactly why adequate staffing and clear customer acknowledgment are so important — especially during a holiday. Not everyone that lives in New York observes the Christmas holiday. Customers rely on Asurion for timely support, often for urgent device issues, and waiting without any communication or assistance falls short of reasonable service expectations. At a minimum, customers should be promptly greeted, informed of wait times, and given clear guidance on whether their issue can be handled. Proper staffing and basic customer engagement are essential to maintaining trust, particularly during peak holiday periods when many people are going out of their way to access your services. I hope Asurion will take this feedback seriously and ensure better planning, communication, and customer care in the future.
