I wanted to thank Dr. Ko and his wonderful staff all these years for doing such an incredible job each and every time. I started coming to Northern Urgent around 2011-2012 and have been taken care of with such amazing doctors and outstanding staff! The staff at the front desk as well as the technicians have always been incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Ko, if you are reading this, please know that your staff from your front desk to the office exam rooms are the reason I’ve remained loyal to your clinic. Your front desk team (Joeun and Kevin) are very welcoming and kind to your patients who enter, extremely efficient, and do an outstanding job even if it gets busy during flu season. Rachel who supports the doctors in the rooms is such a pleasure to deal with as well. She is very friendly, proactive, and does a great job taking vitals, etc. The rotating doctors are one of a kind as well. Each have been able to diagnose and treat my symptoms over the years (colds, flu, sprained ankle, etc), to the best of their knowledge and I got better in no time. I’m so grateful for having this hidden gem urgent medical care in Queens! Give them a try. They are really the best.

The doctors here are truly amazing. Every time I come in feeling really sick, they understand what’s going on right away and prescribe the right treatment immediately. They are always so kind and caring, and I’m very grateful to all of them.

Dr Patrick Ko and his staff are amazing. Dr Ko was very compassionate and caring, he took the time to understand how my dad (91 years old) felt and carefully examined him. His medical assistant was also very caring and compassionate. Thank you to the entire staff!!

Dr Brandon Monk was one of the worst doctors that can be imagined. Completely aggressive and inattentive to the patient's needs. While a very professional nursing and front office assistance - the Doctor himself was completely running on his own independent element without the consideration of the patient.

Horrible evil people. Showed up at 7:30pm on Saturday with both eyes closed shut and was refused because their closing time is at 8pm. All I needed was antibiotic eyedrops for pink eye it would have taken a second to give me the prescription but the doctor refused to see me. It hasn’t been my first time last time I was forced to go to get a Covid diagnosis and the staff has consistently been rude and unhelpful. All they want is your insurance money they don’t care about you as a patient. I would be sure to make this my absolute last option to see a doctor……. Furthermore they sent me to a different practice 15 minutes away, they claimed would be open, it wasn’t. I made it there and back to find a closed gate and lights turned off at 7:56pm. They need to change their closing time!!!!!!
