Uncle Ng's Recipe

My first time going, I tried only the combination of three bbq over rice. The Crispy Pork Belly / BBQ PIG / Siu Yuk (烧肉) had crispy skin, an acceptable taste, it was a bit greasy but it's what gives it the most flavor 😂 The Roast Pork / Char Siu (叉烧) was soft and delicious, very good taste. I don't like duck so the third bbq I ordered bbq ribs. I didn't like it very much 🥺 It was a bit dry and hard. It had no taste. So I know that for the next one I'll only order bbq pig and roast pork. My friend had brought me to this place. So I was struck by how new it looked. The staff was very friendly and patient in taking my order (I was really hesitant because I wanted to try everything). The place is not very big. Reasonable prices. My friend ordered Beef Stew Ho Fun and It's look so good 🤤 We both finished the whole meal and were satisfied 👍 I hope to be back soon And try the noodles soup 👌 *I want to add that coffee 咖啡 / tea with milk 奶茶 is inexpensive here. I have bought elsewhere at 1.35$ - 1.50$*

Great food for great price. I love their chow fun and they have pretty tasty soup. Occasionally I pop in for their zongzi and they're pretty large and taste nice. The ladies up front are very nice and helpful if you're interested in their menu.

Huge portion for congee and really good price. I ordered large fish congee, book chit and small tea.. all for $12. The place is really busy. I am glad I stopped here to try their delicious yet simple fish congee.

delicious cantonese food. while it's very easy to be distracted by the roasted meats in the window and they are delicious, i Highly recommend getting the fish congee with a side of the ox tongue pastry, thick sweet fried donut that pairs really well with the congee. hints of ginger and yellow chive make this some of my favorite in the city. Also, do not sleep on the shrimp and pork wonton. he's wontons are super packed with pork and little shrimp tails. The shrimp is super firm and snaps when you bite into them. The stock is beautiful. im constantly blown away about the quality here. everything here is a winner you can not go wrong.

Food : soy milk, rice rolls, congee & fried dough, was good, clean your own table, get your own condiments at a side table. The sticky rice wrapped in green leaves & string was nicely filled too/ate this at home.
