Came here to do laundry because Hotel Indigo doesn't have in hotel service. Pleasant experience and very helpful staff!

The review I wish I had before going: Pretty easy to navigate as a tourist. Walkable from my hotel. I took a reusable grocery bag full of laundry and it was all able to fit in the smallest washing machine. Cost was $3.59?? I can't remember, but it was $3 and change for ~26 minutes. You do need a laundry card that you buy from a machine there (cash only), the card itself costs $1 and is reusable/reloadable. They sell detergent, softener, and dryer sheets for cash only. I didn't bring much cash because I didn't know. Luckily I had enough. And they don't tax those products. I got a small bottle of gain ($2.50) and 4 dryer sheets ($1) for $3.50. I had a little trouble with starting the washing machine, the attendant could see me from the window and gave me instructions. Another patron was nice enough to help me too. They have, I believe, 3 sizes of dryers. I used a medium because I didn't see the smaller one in time, someone snagged it right as I noticed. The dryer was .40 and gives you 8 minutes on high. I ran the dryer twice, clothes were 99% dry, but it wasn't a big enough deal to run it a 3rd time. Overall I recommend this place.

I went to this laundromat today. The service was terrible; they didn't even provide hot water for washing clothes.

Very disappointed. I set up a laundry pickup at the Westin Hotel, which is literally 0.1 miles away from their location, and after receiving a call to bring my laundry to the lobby, no one came from this laundry. I sat in the hotel lobby with my large sack of clothing for no reason, and with no call, nor did anyone answer their two numbers when I calledto inquire. I can attest to coming down to the lobby immediately after receiving the call, and I was coming down from the 2nd floor. There were no delays, as I had already prepared the bag hours before the meetup call. They chose to "stand me up" so to speak. Please choose another, any other, more respectful business. We deserve better service than they can offer.
