Union Square Eye Care

Love this office! The staff are clean, kind and professional. Whenever I come (and I am there pretty early in the AM), there is a staff member sanitizing the staff work and patient areas ... so very commendable!! It is comforting and reassuring to see such internal care. The doctors are EXCELLENT, caring and knowledgeable. I feel safe here. I LOVE the facility, the practice and all the supportive staff within. Kudos to a practice well done and organized!!

I had strabismus surgery with Dr. Wisnicki, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s really skilled and easy to talk to- he was there for me every step of the way- he even called the day after surgery to check in! My vision improved dramatically and I feel so much better. Huge thanks to Laura for going above and beyond. If you have strabismus, Dr. Wisnicki is the doctor to see- an amazing doctor and team!

I had a very positive experience at Union Square eye Care. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The staff at the front desk were professional and polite. My registration as a new patient was very easy. They took me into the exam room on time. The offices were clean. The staff was efficient. The doctor, Dr. Camille Cohen was thorough, professional and explained everything I needed to know very clearly. I am happy to have found a good place for my eye care.

Went here in August. Long wait of an hour plus. Paid the bill. Today in February they changed the bill to add 25% of the original bill. That is scam behavior. The care itself was fine but everything else has been annoying and garbage.

Our first appointment for our daughter was cancelled at 5p the day before her morning appointment. This was a tough pill to swallow. We decided to make another appointment with a different doctor in the practice the following week and they called us 2hours before that appointment to cancel because the new doctor didn’t take our insurance and also didn’t see pediatric patients. I’ve never had an experience like this at a doctor’s office. I found this to be incredibly insensitive and disorganized. It was inconsiderate our time an our child. I will not mention the doctor’s names but this practice needs to reevaluate the timing around contacting patients for cancelling their appointments. How is it that if I cancel an appointment within a certain time frame I’m held liable of a fee but they are allowed to cancel appointments last minute twice without any concern. Absolutely distasteful.
