电话经常打不通，而且我的报税efile不成功也没跟我说，弄得我十分麻烦。后来追问了几次才跟我说没有efile出去，十分不负责任。是Jimmy报的，再也不会去了。让我把money order寄到IRS，因为疫情IRS那边没有回复收到钱，网上也没更新，就让我取消再重新寄。去银行那边取消也花钱了，这不重要，重要有网上付款的方式没有跟我说，还是我自己问会计楼的。服务态度也很差，收小费后会态度明显好转。让我感觉糟糕透了。

Usually, I don't write review. But this one, is a must to let people know how bad they are. When you do face to face, they are fine and they will prepare your taxes and help you save money. But it seems like once you pay them, they don't seem to care about you. I have been with them for 10 years and they are suddenly like that. When you called them, no one picks up the phone. I let it ring 30 times, until it shuts off by it self. I also emailed them numerous times and no one responded. I don't know did their business got shut down or is it because the owner caught covid and can't continue? At least have some respond to respect your customer. I don't live in manhattan so I call, else I would've stormed up there at their address to see. In fact I might do that.
