12/3/2025 Came here before 5pm, waited patiently in line like everyone else, but was turned away after more than 15 min of waiting! They argued that I came after 5pm which is not true! Look at the cameras! To make matters worse, they took care of a white lady who came after me. Go figure! Suggestion, albeit common sense, this Forest Hill USPS location should have set up a system to clearly indicate that they are not accepting any more customers after closing time. Few more people came after me and waited as well. The agents working behind the counter were augumentative, dismissive and condescending. I felt being terribly treated and belittled at this location and needless to say will not return for services. The management and employees would have been in danger of losing their job if it's a private company. Sadly this is how our tax dollars are spent!

Ever since I was young, this post office has been famous for having the nastiest staff! My mother went in before 5 and was told by a woman that she would attend to her after she filled out a form and then refused to help my mom without explanation or at the very least an apology. After she tried to get help from others, they completely ignored her and pretended she wasn't there. This is only one out of many bad experiences at this postal office!

If I could leave -5 stars I would. This place is horrible, they have a nasty attitude and do not even try to accommodate, I went in to confirm my address for in person verification and the teller said I had to wait on a line I was late already waiting on for over 10 mins because of how slow they were moving. Everyone was frustrated and complaining and they moved even slower, arrogance and incompetence. I’ve done this before and ever had to “wait on the line” again; I just wait to the side. Very rude.

This post office employs some of the most useless people on earth. I went there because they lost my package. They took my name and address and told me to wait at the side and the supervisor would get back to me. I waited for an hour and nobody helped. When they were closing the very large woman, who saw me standing there the entire time, told me that the windows were closed. I explained to her that I was told to wait for a supervisor and that I didn't know what was going on with my package. This lady literally ignored me like I didn't exist. I understand it's the end of the day and people want to go home, but it's not difficult to just tell someone that you don't know what happened to their package and to come back another day. She was very rude and should probably seek other lines of work if treating other people like human beings is so difficult for her. I wasted an hour of my time and still have no clue where my package is. I don't know why lazy, anti social people choose to work in public facing roles. Update: they’re still losing my packages. 2 packages so far lost by this post office 🙃

We had a passport renewal appointment this morning at 9:30 AM, but there was no service at all until 10:15 AM, at which point we left. Another customer with a 9:00 AM appointment was also still waiting. There was no communication or explanation from staff about the delay. We were never approached or informed of what was happening. Only one employee appeared to be handling customers, and while I felt bad for her, the situation clearly reflects poor staffing and management. This is the second time we’ve experienced bad service at this location. USPS really needs to improve organization, staffing, and customer communication here. Very disappointing.
