Horrible service, horrible Post Office. Nothing but rude and unprofessionalism, especially the little Asian lady. Throwing packages around with no care and making up these made up rules. Better off walking another 5 minutes to the Rego Park location. All the clerks have these attitudes as if they are better than everyone. If you don’t like the job just quit...

What happened to the days when people took pride in their work and showed basic professionalism? This location is the exact opposite. You’re met with openly hostile, rude, and shockingly entitled clerks who appear indifferent to both their responsibilities and the people standing in front of them. The incompetence is staggering. Tasks are dragged out at a glacial pace, lines stretch 20 people deep, and yet only one person is working the counter while others avoid eye contact and refuse to step in. There is no urgency, no accountability, and absolutely no customer awareness. It’s genuinely baffling that this level of behavior is tolerated.

Asian lady at the front is the only post office person I’ve seen give problems. What do you mean I can’t use my Amazon labeled packets and boxes to ship my items, every other store and carrier accepts recycled packaging even with the labels/logos. Just go to the USPS at queens blvd near rego park, much better people there. Quick and easy: drop off, scan, and leave with your receipt in >5 mins

Marlana and Nancy were extremely rude during my visit. Nancy’s attitude is honestly disgusting — zero professionalism and completely dismissive. Marlana preferred to stay on the phone with her “girlfriend” on her AirPods instead of actually helping customers. I thought things would improve with the new manager (the blonde Hispanic lady), but somehow it’s gotten even worse. This place seriously needs new staff or better training because the customer service here is unacceptable. Both should get fired honestly.

This is, by far, the saddest place on this street. Ive been to several post office locations, in small towns and big busy cities. And sadly, this one ranks at the bottom. This location isnt the cleanest, which I could forgive because of budgetary constraints??? So they couldnt spare someone to clean it up. But what makes it even worse are the people behind the glass windows😣. They are rude and very short with their patrons. I dont mind forthright individuals, but one does NOT HAVE TO BE RUDE. Even worst, they are the faces of the post office. No wonder not many sympathize towards the postal system. Only a few of them warrant facing the customers. No job is perfect, and no job is all fun and happy, but one does not deserve to be in front if one cant muster at least being nice to the people contributing to your paycheck. We all have personal problems - please dont take them to work, or we will all be miserable. You are tired? Overworked? Underpaid? Overpaid? You arent alone. Ask your supervisor to assign you in the back if you dont feel well. Or better yet, Supervisor/Manager of this location, please educate or refresh your front desk staff to be personable & amiable, at least. Does it hurt to answer patron’s questions? Thats why we go to the post office and ask. Because you know about your products and services better than we do. And there is absolutely no need to be horrid. Sad that they are😭 Update, August 2022: Yet again - (only one manning the front) grumpy front desk, long line out through the door🥵😱! Why? Hard to sympathize when you are met with a dour face after waiting for your turn for long😫.
