The post office is not large enough/organized enough to support the traffic that comes through. The line was slow and twisted through the mail room making it quite inconvenient. The facility has nice decoration along the ceiling walls - abet faded

This place is always so understaffed, supposed to have 7 service windows, but only 1 window open. I had a prepaid package to drop off, there were 3 self-dropped off windows, 2 of them closed, the only one open is fully stuffed, employees there don’t care about moving the stuff inside. So I had to wait for long time to drop off at the service windows:( What shocked me was at service windows, they made people to give a survey on screen how was their service right in front of the service window employee, this is not right. survey should be anonymous, not in front of the employee who provided service!!! I wouldn’t blame the employees for the location, this brand has such higher than usual traffic. USPS should really look into increase the staffing budget for this brand to hire more help!!!

Cross eyed TAMISHA is the worst clerk there. I witnessed her talking to the customers so disgustingly rude and with no patience. Worse if you don’t speak good English. Very sad to see because that is someone’s mom or family member that’s getting treated so bad !! When it was my turn she also tried it with me until I asked her what’s up with her and returned the same energy she stood quiet then. It’s every time and they need to get rid of her

This is the worst post office and staff, without a doubt. With so many windows, only two are open for service, resulting in a queue of at least 15 people. Why would anyone still use USPS for sending packages and letters with such incredibly slow service? Even worse, the staff have terrible attitudes and then demand that you give them the best rating (the green smiley face).

Horrible Rude Clerk - Needs to be Fired！！！The elderly female clerk wearing glasses was extremely rude, impatient, and emitted an aura of pure resentment. Her attitude was hostile and completely unprofessional. It was evident that she had no interest in assisting customers or doing her job with even basic courtesy. This goes beyond having an “off day.” Her behavior indicates a deep-seated unwillingness to perform her duties. If she does not want to serve the public, she should not work at the United States Postal Service. We, the taxpayers and customers, are not here to be her emotional punching bags. We pay for a service and deserve to be treated with respect.
