We needed a mover to do a complex move, with three different destinations in two different cities. Both cities were long distance. UpnGo accomplished the moves flawlessly, efficiently and at a very fair price. Every one of the guys who did the job were friendly and helpful, did a very careful job, and were a pleasure to work with. This is a fabulous company. Highly recommend!

My sister loves paintings and artwork. We live in CA and she won a bid on a painting she wanted at an auction online in NYC. We had Up n go movers pick it up and put it in a crate and ship it from NYC to CA. It came in a wooden crate wrapped in a blanket and bubble tape. I helped her remove the painting from the crate and it was in perfect condition. They did a really good job protecting the painting during shipping. She hung it on her wall and is totally happy with the service and protection of the painting during shipping. They did a great job. She will definitely use them again if she bids on more paintings in NYC. 5 stars. Good job guys!

Found them on Thumbtack and what can I say, I’m a happy customer. Jacob was great from the beginning and ensured I had all that I needed at my move-out apartment to move-in. On the day of the move, they arrived on time and remained professional throughout. I was actually surprised by how quickly they moved. Done and dusted in no time - definitely worth it!

They handled everything smoothly, from packing to delivery, and made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and organized. I scheduled a long-distance move four months in advance, working with a rep named Jacob. From the start, he came across as very salesman-like, but things took a sharp turn once I began following up on logistical details and flagged clear discrepancies in my quoted pricing, with screenshots to back it up. Rather than handling it professionally, Jacob became passive-aggressive and hostile, even after acknowledging that the mistake was on their end. The move itself was mostly uneventful, but several of my items arrived damaged. I submitted photos and requested compensation. The offer I received was insultingly low. When I disputed the charge through my credit card company, Jacob sent me a lengthy, hostile message. After a long cross-country move, I felt pretty angry at his utter lack of professionalism. To top it off, the movers called me to double-check my address... the company had given them the wrong address, forcing them to reroute on the last leg of their trip. I don't know how things work on the operational side between the company and its contracted movers, but from a customer perspective, my experience just felt awful by the combination of a pricing error, damaged goods, poor/hostile communication, a wrong address, and a rep who responded to legitimate concerns with aggression. I definitely do not recommend Up N Go, and specifically caution anyone who ends up working with Jacob.
