Pleased with shipping package to Bangladesh, did not experience any issue other than delayed delivery due to customs holding package, communication related to tracking package could be improved. - Shipped package from VA to their NYC office 1. Package left NYC office on 16th December & Delivered on 27th December (outside of their promised delivery within 8 days) 2. Shipped very high value items over $1k (package delivered without any issue/tempered/repackaged or anything being taken out) 3. I read alot of negative review related to things being stolen or damaged package, to those I would suggest using better box and securely seal the box to prevent such mishap from happening (not all boxes are made equally - spend some extra money on stronger box and better ways to seal the package so it cannot be opened easily) 4. I would ship again using their service, also recommend other to rely on their service as long as you take the precaution to secure your package properly, maybe add a apple air tag or Samsung SmartTag to track the package. 5. Bangladesh Sundarban Courier Service is amazing, once they have the package it is trackable on their website just like any western shipping service like UPS, FedEx.

I have dropped off FedEx and UPS packages here years ago as they were convenient while in the area. Stopped in here today to drop off a pre-paid UPS parcel, the employee says they do not take UPS packages. The store signage shows UPS...they don't take UPS, go figure.

I am very disappointed with their cargo service. I sent few items to Nepal and some of my items were missing and I complained two three times and they aren’t taking any responsibility. Also one of my friend recently sent a parcel to India in which the parcel were received torn and some items missing. I would not recommend this cargo service to anyone. Total waste of my money.

Customer service very bad. No proper instructions. Packing quality very low. My package reached 1 week after the estimated date and when it reached, my sun glass was missing, they even took my chewing gum. OMG. They have used a sharp blade or knife, may be for checking that my bag and pant was badly torn out. First & Last…

I am sharing my personal experience with US Mail Box Express Inc. in Jackson Heights to warn others. I used this business to ship multiple personal cargo boxes internationally. Unfortunately, seven of my boxes never arrived, and five additional boxes are still being held overseas with no proper documentation or proof of customs charges. Staff overseas admitted that my boxes were opened without my permission and items were removed. The business has refused to provide basic shipping documents such as a Bill of Lading, receipts, or written explanations. When I asked for my property and paperwork, the owner responded with threatening and inappropriate messages instead of helping resolve the issue. I have tried multiple times to resolve this directly, but the U.S. and overseas offices keep blaming each other and taking no responsibility. This experience has been extremely stressful and unprofessional. Based on what I went through, I strongly recommend that others be very cautious before using this company for shipping valuable items. REPLY: I respectfully disagree with this response and stand by my review based on my personal experience. I was never provided with any written notice, documentation, or official customs paperwork showing that my shipment contained illegal or restricted items. I was also never given any seizure notice, customs case number, or proof from Bangladesh Customs to support these claims. To date, I have not received a Bill of Lading, official customs documents, receipts, or written explanations for the missing boxes. Multiple boxes remain unaccounted for, and I have messages in which staff acknowledged opening my boxes and removing items. If any box was seized or inspected by customs, I requested official documentation to verify that claim, but none was provided. I also requested proof of delivery for the boxes allegedly released, which has not been supplied. I attempted multiple times to resolve this matter directly and privately, but instead received threatening and inappropriate messages. Because of the lack of transparency and documentation, I escalated this matter to the appropriate authorities and the court. My review reflects my direct experience and the ongoing lack of documentation and resolution. I am still seeking a clear, documented explanation and proper resolution of my shipment.
