US ONE Driving School

Did the 5 hour package with US One Driving School. Service was amazing, and special thanks to instructors Hassan and Adrian for all the tips! They were very good at helping fix mistakes/problems I had. Helped me pass my test in one try! 10/10, would recommend to anyone else.

Hassan is the absolute best instructor. Patient and actually invested in teaching. He makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. A perfect combination for an instructor! Thanks!!

Had a great experience with US One Driving School. I completed a total of 20 hours and felt well-prepared thanks to the amazing instructors. Camilo was my main instructor, always clear, patient, and very helpful. I also had a few lessons with Adrian, who was also great and both made me feel confident and prepared for my road test which I passed on my second try. Also shout out to Jessica for handling all the lesson scheduling and communication, she was super helpful and organized. Highly recommend.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend We spent 15 hours with US One Driving School and unfortunately had a very poor experience. During lessons, the instructor Adrian was often on their phone and gave little to no feedback while my wife was driving. This made it hard for her to actually improve or know what to correct. We later had a different instructor, Bryce, who was great — attentive, communicative, and professional — which showed us how big the difference in quality can be between instructors here. As part of the $1500 package we purchased, the school promised a Simulated Road Test Lesson, but my wife never received it. When we raised these concerns and asked that the fees be adjusted given the missing portion of the package and lack of instruction quality, the office refused, simply saying that Adrian had “been teaching for two years.” To me, this felt like a breach of contract — we didn’t receive the service that was advertised, and there was no accountability when we brought it up. I strongly do not recommend US One Driving School, especially for anyone looking for consistent instruction or reliable communication. There are better schools out there that actually value their students’ time and investment. We would appreciate either: 1. A retest next week that we do not need to pay with a different instructor 2. Otherwise we'd need to contest the payment via credit card

The school clearly states that students must reschedule 24–48 hours in advance, otherwise a $31 fee applies. However, the school itself has rescheduled my lessons three times, including the most recent one — without proper notice. In the last case, I received an email at 10:00 AM stating that my lesson was rescheduled. The lesson was scheduled for later the same day. I do not constantly check my email in the morning. Five hours later, I arrived at the location in freezing weather. There was no car. When I called the school, I was told that this was considered acceptable because “we emailed you five hours before.” They also refused any compensation, saying “we didn’t charge you for the reschedule.” Not charging a fee for a class that never happened is not compensation. If students are required to follow a 24–48 hour rescheduling policy, the school should be held to the same standard. This level of communication and responsibility is unacceptable.
