Always had a great experience with brother Amjad and his team They have a lot of cars to work on be patient with the delays, but they get the job done. Especially if you have a hybrid car that needs work go to them

I really had a great experience when i came for a transmission swap. They were working hard and fast and honest people. They dont rip off their customers

Very bad experience. They kept telling me my car would be ready “tomorrow,” but kept lying for many days. In the end, they couldn’t even fix the problem, and still charged me more than what they originally said. The owner is a scammer — he takes a lot of money and lies to customers. Very dishonest and unprofessional. If I could, I would give them 0.5 stars. Avoid this place at all costs.

Lack of experience, incorrect diagnosis, and very, very bad customer service

This place is absolutely a big scam, waste of time and waste of money. The workers are incompetent and don’t know what they are doing. The manager Amjad is also very rude and will waste your time by keep giving you wrong time frame. I got my catalytic converter welded by them. While the Uzbek worker was doing it I can already tell that he was not doing a good job. The following day I drove my car to upstate New York. In the middle of the road the catalytic converter fell off, dragging along the road. It could have caused a terrible accident, my car could’ve caught on fire due to the sparks. The converter was not welded properly, instead of welding it from all sides the worker only touched up on 2 sides. Plus I realised that it was missing a bolt, so either the worker forgot to put it or stole it. I was stranded in upstate New York for 6 hours in a cold car with freezing temperature. It was a Sunday and no tow truck wanted to go to Brooklyn. After 6 hour I paid a very very hefty amount for a tow truck. After taking the car to his work shop the workers asked to drop off the car for the day and pick it up the following day. When I went to the workshop the following day, Amjad who claims to be the owner said he has no idea that my car was even there. He asked me for another 2 hours to get it fixed. I didn’t leave the this workshop for another 4 hours. When I tried confronting the worker on the terrible job he did, he started yelling and gathered his fellow uzbek workers and was ready to attack me. Just because I called him out on his work skills. Amjad the self claimed owner said that mistakes happen (when those mistakes could’ve caused someone’s life). There was no remorse or apology on this man’s face. When I asked for a receipt he handed me a bootlegged piece of paper with the price I paid and scribbles as his signature. When I demanded a proper electronic/itemised receipt he responded saying that they don’t do that. Which clearly is a sign that he’s trying to evade taxes. Long story short save yourself the trouble and do no go to this workshop at any cost. The workers are not knowledgeable and clearly don’t have proper skills. There were 4 other people waiting with me and had similar complaints about the workshop and the workers. So kindly don’t go to this fraud and save your money.
