The agent “White” under “Jackie Team” was an extremely unprofessional and terrible agent. He was personally verbally attack me saying I was too poor to rent an apartment after I paid $850 application fee under his name. Simply because the building raised the deposit to $2500 from $1000. And I wanted him to ask if they could keep the deposit as what it was by me submitting more financial supporting documents. White did not even try to communicate with the building for me but attached me saying I was too poor and a lot of other terrible words. Later on, I contacted the customer service as well as Jackie, still no one gave me a solution. AVOID this firm! It’s full of unprofessional students here trying to get $$ off of you and it literally saves you no time and energy regarding apartment hunting. Or even worse, they migjt create drama and more hassle for you. STAY AWAY!
