I recently had the pleasure of visiting V Nail Studio and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This salon stands out for its professionalism, cleanliness, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who were not only friendly but also highly professional. The salon's atmosphere is serene and inviting, which immediately put me at ease. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority. Every station was spotless, and I observed the staff diligently sanitizing tools and surfaces between clients. This attention to hygiene made me feel comfortable and confident in the services I was about to receive. The nail technicians are truly skilled and attentive to detail. Disappointed cause I was coming here a lot but then I just called today to ask for a chin wax and she said she doesn’t know what that is and hung up on me ….. soooo I’m hoping it was some sort of misunderstanding. Also once my thumb hurt a lot after and my dad said they probably gave me infection but I put some ointment and luckily nothing really came of it so I don’t really know… . The naul salon LJ nails a couple blocks away charges 27 for a mani pedi and these ladies charge 35 so all of those things make me think I won’t come back, but I really enjoy how their pedicure chairs and area is so cozy so I’m not quite sure.

I paid $95.92 not including a tip for this type of work. I asked to put one fake nail on my middle finger (photo included) because my real nail broke and I wanted everything to look even and uniform, this is what I got, I asked them to fix it, the only two workers there both looked at it and did nothing. I also mentioned there was a hair on my nail and she looked and proceeded to paint over it like if she could hide it with this super light color, so there is a hair on my thumb nail(photo included). My toe nails are basic, no design. So to pay $95.92 for this horrrrrrrible nail job and a basic pedicure is insane to me!!!!! When I went to pay they were smiling expecting a tip and asked if I was happy I said I was not happy and that the nails were horrible and told them how I showed them and they did not fix it. They just kept saying sorry. I paid because I didn’t want to fight and since I had no choice I walked out and left no tip. But $95.92 For this horrific job was more than they deserved. I will never come back here. This is a “luxury nail salon” however this is not a luxury job. This visit was for my baby shower this weekend and they really disappointed me I am extremely upset. Run away from here.

Worste nail ever, I tought this master doing 1st time this job! For 60$ + 10$ tip, but worst job ever

I recently had a disappointing experience getting French tips at this salon. Despite having them done many times before, these nails look uneven and poorly executed. The employees were nice however I expressed my concerns during the appointment, but the technician attributed the issues to the nail polish drying too quickly. Unfortunately, the white lines are inconsistent in size and not straight, and I noticed chipping and cracking just a few days later. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning.
