Interior is decorated very nicely; all color selections lined up neatly. Service was very quick and friendly. My nail tech took his time to carefully remove my gel, shaped them, and paint them. The short shoulder massage was a nice touch towards the end. They have a nice variety of color choices and designs to choose from. Overall, I recommend this place. :)

The nail quality was really good. The lady who did my nails was amazing and kind. I also got a pedicure. There was a young girl at the front desk…she may a bit racist… so there’s that…. I could be wrong but there were other women I watched get kinder treatment. Idk. Still happy with the service tbh lol would’ve been a 5 stars but -1 point off for racism. Or maybe classism ( I booked with ClassPass) it’s definitely one of the isms. So black woman if you’re going there maybe be aware of the young front desk girl. Every other worker that I encountered was LOVLEY.

I came in with long healthy almond-shaped nails that I have been growing out for my friend’s wedding. I asked to keep the length and to shape them. The lady cut them short and square. The paint job was rushed and smudged. The color was off as well. Update: Not even 24 hours later, the nails had chipped and were stained green with matcha.

Been here for regular mani pedis and they were ok. Gel doesn’t really last long but honestly that’s everywhere these days. I got gel X Extensions and pedi for my bday. I walked in specifying I wanted silver chrome, my original nail stylist, another salon, cancelled last minute. We got three nails in and I loved it and was so excited that they managed to save the day until they informed me they ran out of silver chrome. My nails are black, my toes are silver,, I have limited time as I’m at the end of my appt and the only solution is pick a different color that didn’t match out four possible options and I hated all of them. Visibly upset and fighting back tears expressed to my nail tech & the receptionist I hated them with not even an apology. Treated it like it was my problem why they ran out product mind you chrome is an extra $20 that they still charged me for. With no remedy for the situation but still made sure to emphasis I tip on the full price , I used class pass to pay for a portion of the service. Nika was a great tech but omg ill never be back again I’ve never left an appointment so upset. I called friends because maybe I was being a birthdayzilla and confirmed that their ugly and I should just have the removed when I reach to my vacation destination.
