Absolutely the best from the drs to the cashiers and everyone else in between. They took good care of my dogs and accommodated me by seeing all three of my huge huskies at one time, although they only had one available appointment . Amanda and Dr Carroll were both magnificent .

I brought my new shelter cat to this clinic on Monday, it was a great experience. My appointment started on time, I didn’t have to wait, the vet tech was very informed, friendly and helpful. The vet was very kind and the whole exam was quick but didn’t feel rushed. My cat got her vaccine and her dewormer in no time. My main reason for wanting to write this review is because I want to say the receptionist Suzanna was stellar. What a lovely person. So warm and welcoming, friendly and so sweet to all of the animals (and humans) that came in. I hope I have her name right, I called yesterday to make sure. She has brown hair and glasses. What a lovely person to welcome you into a clinic, especially when you are nervous from being charged an arm and a leg at other places, long wait times etc. Thank you!

When I took my cat Twyla in for her regular blood work I was late because it was hard to find a parking spot. I called and Susannah at the front desk could not have been nicer. She accommodated us even though we were quite late. The technician & the Vet on call were very thorough and everything went well. I knew I would have to bring Twyla back in 2 weeks for a f/u injection. Again, Suzanna could not have been nicer as well as professional in scheduling us in as a walk in due to weather conditions and no appointment. Everything went well. This rotation Vet was super thorough and very nice. I always bring my cats to Vetco.

The two ladies working here were sweet and helpful. Especially the vet tech, Amanda, she was great!! She explained the breakdown of what treatments they were recommending so I could understand and discuss the bill before agreeing to it all. Because of this I was able to save some money and knew what I was paying for. She was also very gentle with my anxious little dog. I felt like the male vet could have been a little gentler with her and it took about an hour for him to come into the room.

I had my share of Vets and this is by far the worst one, topping the one that actually killed my pet for not running the correct tests. Let me be clear, i cancelled the appointment that i had to get the rabbies shot for a domestic cat, when discussed on the phone, before even seeing the pet, the lady was forcing for the whole line of shots that are "required". when i ask who is it required by, she couldn't answer and after minutes of discussion then said it is recommended, i said i understand but when you try to scare the pet owners by forcing them to spend all their savings on the shots for the domestic cat that never been on the streets it's wrong. Never again using them, i would rather go with the small private vet.
