Village Dental NYC

Superb service! Even before my visit, the office reached out to make sure my insurance was in order. Then from the moment I walked in, everyone I came across greeted me kindly, poised and ready to answer any questions I may have. My hygienist, Roxanne, was so hospitable and helpful during my visit! This was my first time at Village Dental. I switched because my previous dentist was a large corporation with multiple offices that felt so impersonal. Village Dental was such a personal and welcoming experience. I already can’t recommend it enough.

I really enjoyed both my visits to Village Dental. I was nervous to visit the dentist here after recently moving with so many options in the city, and immediately they made my experience super comfortable and laid back. They even give you a heated eye mask or eye patches which makes you feel like you’re at a spa. I recommend!

I cannot recommend Village Dental more. If you are someone who has any nervousness about attending the dentist, this is the place for you. The staff are so incredibly compassionate, kind and professional it makes going to the dentist a real treat. I see Dr Kaufman, she’s amazing and recommend her to any and everyone.

What a great dentist experience! I'm not one who doesn't like the dentist, but it's not my favorite place either. They did a great job of making me feel comfortable and did a great job with all their services. I even got eye patches and an eye mask while they cleaned my teeth. Definitely recommend!

Disappointing billing after 6 years. I’ve been a loyal patient for cleanings, but won’t be returning. The office estimated 50% insurance coverage for a new retainer but failed to offer or submit a formal pre-estimate to insurance, despite repeated requests for insurance confirmation. Had they done so, I would have known I was NOT covered. Now, I'm stuck with a surprise bill (hundreds of $$). I've been very happy with the clinical staff, but I can no longer trust their financial estimates for non-routine work.
