I have shipped a lot over the years. And this is top service. I was welcomed and helped quickly and with warmth. The gentleman behind the counter seemed like he was well known in the community and willingly helped me think through and price my packages. My goodness, what a breath of fresh air to have a cumbersome task turned into an energizing exchange. I’ll bring my package down from Harlem just for this.

This place is super weird. Says they accept prepaid packages and then they want to charge to a fee even though they’re not doing anything? Despite them having a sign on the front that says they accept prepaid packages, the guy immediately had a ln attitude and said they’re not a free service when I asked. I would avoid.

Last week, I dropped off two envelopes using USPS Ground Advantage and was overcharged $24 total ($12 each) but was in a rush so didn't question it at the moment. Then after tracking it, one of the envelopes I dropped off didn’t get properly scanned and wasn’t delivered until I called USPS directly to track it down. When I brought it up to this location, they took zero responsibility, got super defensive/rude— and made it clear they don’t care what happens after you hand it over, even if they fail to ensure the courier scans it. Absolutely no accountability or support for their customers. Thankfully, USPS customer service helped on their end and I was able to get a refund through my bank, after this place refused. Avoid this location and just deal with FedEx/USPS directly if you expect basic service or accountability! UPDATE - IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: Being that you’re a "private business", that should come with accountability. I was not told in advance about the significantly higher USPS pricing—$12 per envelope is wild, especially when USPS is supposed to be the cheaper option compared to FedEx or UPS. It comes off as money-hungry. There was also zero effort to ensure my packages were scanned properly after I left—one went undelivered UNTIL I had to follow up with USPS myself. My call wasn’t “difficult”—I was frustrated because your staff was rude and dismissive. I stand by my review. You can’t claim to care about customers while overcharging and dodging responsibility. Do better!
