The team here is wonderful to work with and exceptional at what they do. They turned my favorite dress (that looked like it got caught in a food fight) bright white again! I haven’t used them for tailoring before, but I’m having them work on a pair of pants now and will report back.

Village Tailor helped me out beyond measure during a last minute emergency!!! They couldn't be more kind, more talented in their craft, and so easy to communicate with. They were willing to email when I couldnt get to the phone, and text when I needed photos of my alterations. They are simply THE BEST!!!

These guys are the best! I always come here for alterations and they do an amazing job. From fur coats to dresses I’m happy with the results every time. They can also get any stain out! Everything I have brought to get cleaned turns out good as new. Highly recommend and everyone is so nice.

I trust them completely with my more delicate and high-end pieces, and they’ve never let me down. Every item is handled with incredible care and precision. They recently altered a lined skirt made from a tricky fabric, and the finished result looked flawless. I’ve also brought in silk pants for hemming and cleaning, which came back beautifully done. One of my favorite experiences was having a vintage vest tailored that I purchased in Spain—it now fits like it was made for me. Their craftsmanship is consistently excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for expert tailoring.

Had a couple pairs of pants hemmed and taken in here and my experience was pretty bad. The measurements and drop off were normal and as to be expected. No complaints there. When I went to pick up the pants, one pair hadn’t been taken in, only hemmed. I needed that pair the next day and the woman said they’d be ready in time. They weren’t. It took them two days. They also weren’t apologetic and the woman who re-pinned them seemed annoyed with me. The first pair of pants that had been hemmed are incredibly short and uneven (see photo). We had measured them to hit the floor while I was there. They’re ruined and I can’t wear them. The second pair were hemmed in a very awkward way where they’re now somewhat flared and can’t be cuffed as intended. The waist was also not taken in nearly as much as expected and it doesn’t seem like the butt/hips were taken in at all. I’ve tried to wear them since but they look and feel weird. Going here was a pretty solid waste of $134.
