Julio the owner is a great guy and really knows his stuff. It's a pleasure to be welcomed here anytime I have a problem with my Rav 4. His prices are decent.

This is definitely the place you want to take your car if you experience any problems w/ your car. Also the best thing about vip auto center is that you won't get robbed for your money, the workers do a great job and the bathroom was clean. MC.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at [Mechanic Shop Name], and I feel compelled to share my frustration. I took my car in for a simple repair, clearly communicating the specific issue that needed attention. However, instead of addressing the problem I requested, the mechanic performed a completely unrelated job without my permission. Not only was this unprofessional, but it ended up causing more harm than good. After the “unasked for” repair, my car started exhibiting new problems that weren’t there before. When I brought this up, the response was dismissive, and they didn’t take responsibility for their mistake. I’m left with a car in worse condition and a hefty bill for work I never agreed to. It’s hard to trust a shop that doesn’t respect customer instructions or take accountability for their actions. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for more reliable, honest service.

I went in for my DMV vehicle inspection and everyone was cordial; however, I was charged $40 as opposed to state cost of $37. There is not supposed to be an additional cost to consumers. It’s the principle of it all. 😔

I came to this shop based on the review that I read here. My car broke down, they said that it was the fuel pump, they replaced it with something and I founded out later that it was over priced with over $200. The mechanic personelp was ok, but be aware of the management.
