A huge thank you to Daisy Diaz, the office manager at VitreoRetinal, for going above and beyond to help my mother with her appointment. From the moment we arrived, Daisy made sure she was taken in with little wait, seen by Dr. Eric Shakin quickly, and got us out smoothly and efficiently. Her kindness, compassion and attention to detail were extraordinary, especially when accompanying an elderly parent. Dr. Shakin was professional, kind, and efficient, and Daisy’s attentiveness truly set the tone for a wonderful experience. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend this office.

My experience was beyond expectations..... i had filled out all medical forms w my history virtually and check in was quick.....no long wait.....was seen and exams done including xrays by two PAs who were very patient..... And then seen by Dr Ferrone who studied the results of the exam and did further eye tests.....i feel everything was done to make sure nothing was missed. Dr Ferrone answered my questions, my concerns were addressed and i left the office in the knowledge i was in the most competent hands. My ophthalmologist sent me to the right place!
