Viva Eve is the best OBGYN Office! The practice is very clean, modern and welcoming. Dr. Dami is the best! She is very genuine and seeks the best possible options for you. I’m very comfortable with her. The assistants Adriana and Mish (sorry if I’m spelling wrong), were wonderful as well and made me feel very welcomed. I’ve been here about 3 times, and I will continue to come here! I recommend this place, especially if you’re seeking a practice with black women/ POC.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to write this one. It was my first visit to Viva Eve and I must say from the moment I walked in the door it was an experience. Everything is explained in detail from the initial phone call to the insurance questions. The front desk Pamela was so helpful. Scheduling all of my appointments with Des Marie was seamless Everyone in the practice greeted you. The office was so clean. I saw Dr Alexander and she was wonderful explained everything in detail and we were able to come up with a plan for my care. I am so happy with the practice I would recommend VIve Eve for all of your gynecological needs

I recently changed insurances so when looking for nearby clinics I happened to hear about this place and have no regrets choosing them. I was attended by Maureen Cervantes, NP! She was amazing. She took the time to listen to my past medical history and any other concerns I had— plus gave great recommendations to try out. The MAs and front desk staff were also so welcoming! The space is gorgeous and I love that the waiting area provides water and snacks. It was a Saturday, so I understand the waiting time took a bit longer. No complaints! Look forward to coming back.

Honestly the best gyn experience I’ve ever had. There was a bit of a wait but with everything else great about this place, it was negligible. When you walk in the place is clean and the front desk staff is kind and patient. They have complimentary water and tea which is so nice. The medical team was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I felt like the doctor actually listened to me, which unfortunately is not all that common. I also loved that they do in house ultrasound and bloodwork. Even the billing dept staff was great (as are their billing policies!)

I had a terrible experience with Viva Eve during my wife's prenatal care in 2025. From the start, their staff assured us that our insurance would cover everything except a $20 copay per visit, until the pregnancy was confirmed which we paid faithfully. We were never told that they treat all plans as out-of-network... they simply stated "we accept your insurance" over phone, and there was no mention of potential deductibles, coinsurance, or massive balance bills. After numerous visits, we started noticing unnecessary procedures, lastly insisting on repeated ultrasounds even when we only needed a simple doctor's note - the reason for our last visit was one of the staff said the ultra sound was "mandatory," and that we couldn't refuse... excuse me?! MY BODY MY RIGHTS! we refused and immediately switched providers on our 28th WEEK! Then the nightmare began: We discovered nearly $175,000 for just 15 short visits, including charges for 14 X-rays that never happened (who does X-rays during pregnancy?!). The bills included inflated ultrasound charges split into categories like "Diag Service" (+$70,000) and "Scans" (+$60,000) and others, these fees are astronomical. Viva Eve is now appealing our insurance and stating we will be responsible for payment otherwise, citing the financial agreement we signed without full disclosure. This feels like outright fraud, they're involved in lawsuits with insurance agencies and are doing this to multiple patients without warning. We relied on their assurances and ended up stressed during what should have been a joyful time (our baby was just born). Save yourself the headache and financial ruin; go elsewhere for honest care. They should've somewhere stated "hey listen, we're going through legal battles with some of our patients and their insurer, the same insurer as yours. We just wanted to give you forewarning of potentially getting balanced bill" If it wasn't for that employee that said the ultrasound was mandatory, we would've never discovered the debacle of all the claims getting denied. Look at other reviews throughout the internet. File your complaints with NYS Attorney General and other entities if you've experienced something similar. I hope they get investigated.
