ViVi Bubble Tea

Smelled really clean like they just cleaned with bleach when I walked in. Lovely sweet staff & quick service. I like that their matcha & coconut milk teas with tapioca are not too sweet. Cute place on 86st.

Great little place. My first bubble tea experience was a really good one. Delicious and refreshing. Staff was very helpful picking something for me to try as I'm not a milk person. I'll be back to try more 😄

Got the Taro Crème Brulee Milk Tea w/ Tapioca. While it looks different than what’s advertised, everything went well together! The tapioca is very chewy & large size is pretty big. Love ViVi’s :) Edit: The Matcha Brûlée was a bit disappointing for $8

If you have patience then disregard this but me and my friend was waiting the first 10 minutes and I was like damn this is taking a while and I looked over and the worker had only just put the boba balls in the cup. I’m wondering what could possibly be taking so long cause I ordered 2 Oreo drinks. Finally after like 25 mins we got the drinks and it tasted watered down. Wasn’t worth it and I wasn’t even gonna buy anything but I wanted a refreshment.

I came to this location yesterday about 50 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and kept telling us to hurry up with our order, even though the store was not closing for another 50 minutes. A few minutes later, we were told they were closing in 5 minutes and were basically kicked out.On top of that, they didn’t even add boba bubbles to the tea because they had apparently run out but they didn’t let us know in advance or offer an alternative. The tables were dirty, the tea didn’t taste good, and when we politely said goodbye, they completely ignored us. Very unprofessional and disrespectful service. I won’t be coming back
