I took my dog here for a bath and teeth cleaning, and I’m very happy with the service. The staff did a great job, my dog looks clean and fresh, and the teeth cleaning was done very well too. The price is very friendly and affordable, not expensive at all. I’m really satisfied and will definitely (come back again).

Happy to have found a new groomer closer to me. They do such an amazing job with my two poodles.

The staff are very friendly and the salon itself is clean. Overall, my Maltese received a very pretty haircut. However, I am giving 3 stars because I specifically requested that her behind not be shaved. This was overdone during a previous visit and did not look good, yet it was done again despite my request. If customer instructions cannot be respected, I will have a hard time returning.

Unfortunately ,my experience with this pet grooming place is horrible. They shaved my dog bald to save time and get the work done quickly. When I asked the groomer, she simple said because he was matted. My dog was a very happy and playful dog; but after this grooming, he refused to eat or go out, and hided under couch all the time. I am sure he is very upset about his new hairstyle. Given that their extreme unprofessionalism and zero care to the little pet, I will not come back and will not recommend this pet grooming store to anyone. ———-Respond to the owner—————- I never and wouldn’t be so idiot to ask you shave my dog bald. This made no sense. By the time I picked up my dog, the groomer put my dog on the high front desk with rush, nobody ever asked whether I liked or not. With this bald situation, I really don’t see any further correlation couldn’t be made. On my way home, I ran into a friend who asked what happened with my dog, and I was shocked to know they had the same experience as me with this store. So I don’t think this is a one time accident.
