VNS Health Chinatown Community Center & Chinatown NNORC

I would like to commend the staff at VNS Health Chinatown for the work for they do daily for their members and the community at large. My dad is a member of the network and has received countless assistance throughout his membership these past few years. I have also personally visited the site and found the staff friendly, willing to help, knowledgable and professional. The location is a breathe of fresh air on the block that can be frenetic, crowded and loud. The reception and common area is welcoming and comfortable; guests are greeted with respect. Overall, the work the staff and the network provides to members is immeasurable and deservant of praise. Keep it up and thank you very much for your service!

My mom was a patient of VNSNY CHHA and CHOICE MLTC for several years until she passed. My mom and her friends were among the first group of members who joined the Chinatown Community Center. The staff at the Center were always there to assist my mom in so many ways when I was busy at work. My heartfelt thanks to all the VNSNY frontline clinicians and staff in Chinatown who had helped and supported us tremendously along the way. We were fortunate to have VNSNY to attend her the last years with us.
