Touring Chinatown for the first time, I was looking for a special place like this to bring home an imported piece from this magical space in NYC. This was it. This family ran business was incredible--friendly, helpful and one of a kind. Exquisite and timeless high-end decor and items (yet very affordable) and special inexpensive souvenirs great to pick up and carry on a plane. I picked a stunning Jade horse head this time around. My trip next year, this will be the place to return to for my next favorite piece.

As an appreciator of both high end teaware and butterfly wings, I have searched fruitlessly in NYC for Jianzhan ceramics for a long time. Imagine my shock at randomly finding rare pieces in a home decor shop. The effect was of finding lost treasure. Their shine was obscured by a hundred years of dust. Thanks to the staff for giving me a napkin. I have a couple questions for the staff. First, how did you find these?!?! Second, can you please put some of them in your front window? If the tea people knew what you had, they would spend embarassing amounts of money at your shop as I did yesterday.

Lovely shop with a large Buddha and a very kind and helpful shop keeper. Shop has a great variety of items from paintbrushes to sake cups. Well worth a side trip off the chaos of Canal Street to this quiet oasis on Mulberry.

GENUINELY A HIDDEN GEM. if youre in the area, dont skip. RARE JADE, real stuff, authentic art, large pieces, dragons, terracotta soldiers, lions, stone statues of all kinds. Really good selection. if youre looking for rare, high quality imported tea pots and art you can't find anywhere else, you have to check this place out. on top of that, the staff is very kind, very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a great time just chatting with the gentleman Howard while friends shopped. Seriously good vibes here, their high quality selection is just a bonus.
